A Corporate Member shall be deemed up to 5 staff members from the same company to become members. The company must either be a Contact Centre or affiliated by profession or product to the Contact Centre industry.
A Full Member is an individual who is either currently employed in a call centre role or who is affiliated by profession or product to the Contact Centre industry.
Collegiate Member - to be approved by CCMA Committee. Collegiate Membership applies to an individual who is currently employed in an Agent or Team Leader role in the contact centre industry.
A Small Business Corporate Member shall be deemed up to 3 staff members of a small business (up to 50 employees) to become members. The business must either be a Contact Centre or affiliated by profession or product to the Contact Centre industry.
