As Director of Contact Centre Action, an organisation Steve founded in 2003, he specialises in optimising operational and management aspects of customer / contact centres. Steve has worked in both the operational and technical aspects of the contact centre industry while in this role and has enjoyed great diversity through the channel of consultancy and the experiences spent over this time with a number of local, state, national and international credible / corporate organisations proving to be both positive and rewarding. Since commencing Contact Centre Action, Steve has played major improvement roles for companies such as Primus Telecoms, BMW Finance, Coles Myer, Skilled Contact Centre Services (now Excelior), VicRoads, Pacific National, iSelect, Victoria Electricity, National Australia Bank, SP Ausnet and Australian Unity. With his extensive experience across many sectors and disciplines related to the Customer Contact Industry and a regular Keynote speaker, and / or Chair of related conferences on Customer Contact topics and Best Practice topics both locally and internationally we are privileged to have Steve as our Treasurer and an active part of the CCMA Committee. Steve joined CCMA as Secretary in June 2006 and was voted in as CCMA Treasurer July 2007. |
