With 23 years in Customer Service, 16 years of which was in Call Centre’s, and 14 years in Management, Saul has led a variety of teams through a variety of change management processes. 

With an industry background comprising: Banking, Entertainment, IT, Mystery Shopping, Publishing, Gold Refinery, Tertiary sector and Promotional Products, Saul has managed sales and service contact centres, technical helpdesks, warehouse distribution and back office operations. Saul is experienced in leading up to 150 staff across blended contact centres, 24 by 7 environments, and multi sites across Aust/NZ.

 

Saul has many years of change management experience from the above industries, that have included: organisational restructures, creating KPIs, operational efficiencies and cost savings, creating, streamlining procedures and administration, IT system improvements, and most importantly, turning cost centres into proactive, revenue earning, sales centres.

Saul holds an MBA (with a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management), an Associate Diploma of Business (Accounting) Diploma and a Diploma of Call Centre Management. He is also a Fellow of Finsia (Financial Services Institute of Australasia).
