Nicola holds a tertiary qualification with 14+ years experience in the graphic arts, print and advertising industry. Before embarking on a career in Marketing and Customer Service at NHP Electrical Engineering Products Nicola was part of the Quality Standards Team within CitySearch Directories.

In her current role as Operational Analyst, Nicola provides statistic reporting, executive reports, identifies and implements process improvement and provides support service functions to the Customer Service Centre.  Nicola is also President of NHPs Social Club and enjoys organising social events and the annual Family Christmas function for 400+ members.

Nicola is an active part of the CCMA General Committee as Membership Administrator and assists the Events Director with Industry Forums and Networking Events.
