Michelle’s career has centred on Customer service and satisfaction, originating in Hospitality and making the leap into Telecommunications in 2002. Her current role as Account Manager at CallTime Solutions, has given her exposure to many facets of the dynamic Contact Centre industry, in both Australia and New Zealand. Michelle joined CCMA as both a Corporate and General Committee Member in July 2010.
Her focus is empowering customers with knowledge to effectively get the most out of their telecommunications investment.
During the past ten years, Michelle’s time in Telecommunications has seen her work with Avaya SME resellers, Tier 2 Carriers and since joining CallTime Solutions in July 2007, the Interactive Intelligence platform. |
