Marianne Walker has worked in the contact centre industry in Australia and internationally for over 18 years in a variety of roles and has experience in multiple industries including Energy, Financial Services (Superannuation, Banking and Investments) Insurance, Health, Automotive, FMCG and Telecommunications.

Marianne has a real passion for the contact centre industry and is dedicated to motivating and inspiring those around her to always lift the bar on the delivery of a better Customer Experience.

Marianne has held positions on contact centre committees within Australia including as CCMA Secretary in the early days of the inception of the CCMA, has been a guest speaker at numerous events and was an international judge for the Contact Centre World Awards for a number of years.

Marianne has re-joined the CCMA in November 2011 as Director, Strategy and Sales.
