Lesley has over a decade in Customer Contact Management experience, managing Contact Centre’s in New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom (UK) and Australia. Enjoying a very rewarding Career through Customer/Contact Centre Management Lesley has won the prestigious title of 'Contact Centre Manger of the Year 2007' under the auspices of the CCMA (United Kingdom) and moved to Australia as the National Quality Manager with Superpartners providing Quality, Training, Knowledge Management and Risk assessments to 11 separate contact centres across the country. Lesley is now the Group Customer Services Manager at NHP Electrical Engineering reviewing and implementing the Customer Service Strategy nationally for the organisation. Lesley is passionate about her customers, clients, teams and believes ‘without great quality service you’re just like everyone else!'
Lesley holds a Diploma of Business Management, is a COPC Registered Coordinator and RG146 Superannuation and has been actively involved in the industry as a member of the Contact Centre Association (UK) and the Institute of Customer Service (UK). Joining the CCMA Australia General Committee in October 2007 Lesley became Events Director in December 2007 and took on the additonal role of Projects Director in July 2010. Lesley was unanimously voted in as Vice President at the July 2011 AGM.
