Brett Dean is an independent consultant with extensive experience in the contact centre industry. Brett has provided contact centre consulting, solution development and procurement advice to clients in health, government and private organisations for the past ten years. Brett has been a lead consultant on a number of major contact centre initiatives, including the Queensland Government’s 13HEALTH initiative, Queensland Health, EnergyAustralia, NSW Health, the NSW Government Call Centre, Queensland Department of Communities, Vodafone and more.
