Working in every Contact Centre related role from agent through to senior management, Anne-Marie has managed Contact Centres in Financial Services, Telecommunications and the Insurance Industry for organizations such as NRMA Insurance, NEC Australia and ANZ. Anne-Marie has also worked in Project Management with Universities and private RTO’s such as Swinburne University and KnowledgeSpace. More recently Anne-Marie was and Executive Manager in Suncorp Academy for Suncorp Group.

Anne-Marie is passionate about the Contact Centre Industry and more particularly the need to bring relevant, exciting and best practice learning opportunities to all levels within the industry.
