Membership requirements

* Collegiate Member - CCMA Committee approval required. 
Collegiate Membership applies to an individual
who is currently employed in a Call/Contact Centre as an Agent/Consultant or in a Team Leader role.

Full Member

A Full Member is an individual who is either
currently employed in a call centre role or who
is affiliated by profession or product to the
Contact Centre industry.

Small Business Corporate Member
A Small Business Corporate Member shall be
deemed up to 3 staff members of a small
business (up to 50 employees) to become
members. The business must either be a
Contact Centre or affiliated by profession
or product to the Contact Centre industry.

Corporate Member
A Corporate Member shall be deemed up to
5 staff members from the same company to
become members. The company must either
be a Contact Centre or affiliated by profession
or product to the Contact Centre industry.
